Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Shanghai Observed! Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times after fulfillment are as follows:

USA: 3-4 business days
Canada: 6-12 business days
Europe: 5-10 business days
International (Worldwide): 10-20 business days

You may choose between flat-rate shipping or live rates depending on availability. Flat rates are grouped by product category, such as:

T-shirts: $3.99 for the first item, and $1.90 for each additional item within the same order.
Other items: Shipping costs vary by product type.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during peak seasons.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Shanghai Observed is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

International Shipping Policy

We ship internationally to a wide range of countries. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the location.

International Flat Rate: Shipping worldwide starts at $11.99 for the first item and an additional $6.00 for each extra product.
Live Shipping Rates: We also offer live shipping rates, which are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

Please note that import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Damages

Shanghai Observed is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
